It is not allowed to organize parties inside the apartments.

Customers must respect the rest hours from 13:30 to 16:30 and from 00:00 to 9:00.

Reservation conditions

Tourist tax
In the Municipality of Campofelice di Roccella, the Tourist Tax is applied from January 1st to December 31st.
For our structure, the amount is € 0.70 per person per night for the first fifteen consecutive days of stay.
This tax must be paid directly to the property at check-in (on cash) and is not included in the price.

They are exempted:
a) members of the police who stay for service needs;

Other booking conditions
The apartments are rented for periods of one or more weeks, starting at 16:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure.

Reception, bar and swimming pool are closed from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
€ 150.00 deposit upon delivery of the keys, return upon departure.
The apartment is delivered with bed linen and towels, the change will be made every week.
